Return Policy: You
can return most products
within 30 days after
delivery date. You must
first fill out the return
authorization for
here. Please see
below conditions.
Refunds will be done
two times per week. Please allow
7 business days for your credit
to show on your credit card.
Cancellation Policy
Once
the product has shipped you
will be responsible for all
shipping charges. Cancellations
must be confirmed with the
warehouse before you get a
confirmation, so please

to start your cancellation. If you
refuse the package on
delivery you will be
responsible for all shipping, handling
and restocking fees.
Warrantees
The manufacture
of the product sold on iPetSupercenter.com is
responsible for all warranty
issues. iPet Supercenter personally does not
warranty any product it
sells. iPet Supercenter is a
retailer / wholesaler
selling products
from manufactures to the
consumer. We do not
manufacture any products
therefore we do not warranty
any products. All products
we sell have the standard
manufactures warranty. We
are a authorized warranty
station for the majority of
the products we sell, so we
can assist on most warranty
issues.
Defective Items - Upon delivery of any defective / non working item. Please notify us ASAP:
Contact Us. We will send you a replacement and pick up the defective item ASAP. The buyer is not responsible for any additional fees in this case. You will need to fill out an RGA for this to get fixed for you
Damages:
If your shipment is damaged (box and/or item) please send photos of any damages to returns@ipetsupercenter.com when filling out the return form. This will expedite your return.
-All damaged truck line products must be refused. If you take delivery of the truck line product and its damaged you now own that product, when you sign that acceptance form of the truck line company then you accept ownership of the product – please check the product carefully before accepting the product. Any damages or claims then must be done by the buyer. We will assist in every possible way.
Conditions:
-All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee if returned within 30 days of delivery date. Item must be returned to the
correct location provided and with an
approved RGA number supplied by our returns department. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges to and from
iPet Supercenter on non defective and non warranty returns. Failure to ship to right location, or shipping item back with out instruction from our returns department, will result in a 25% restocking fee, loss of shipping and a charge for us to ship to correct location.
-In some cases we will give full credit to returned items towards a exchange/gift certificate. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges to and from
iPet Supercenter.
-Please note our pictures on the site may be generic photos of that item. We do not accept returns for items that are slightly different than pictured.
-If an item has been used,
in some cases the return
will be denied.
